Because custom-made products are not resaleable and require high craftsmanship and labor costs, you can cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placing the order. Our team will work tirelessly to process your order as quickly as possible.

Return Policy

If you cancel your order after the shipment has been delivered to the airline and you have not received it, a penalty of 80% of the order amount will be charged. If you cancel after receiving your order, please ship the product back to us and we will cancel the order for you.
